Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extracted by Dr Lucas & his dental assistant Helena today 4/9/25. I am ABOUTSLY petrified of the dentist (Any dentist) but I can honestly say this was the best experience I have had,I explained my fear & they both was very comforting & took their time with me.Dr Lucas explained exactly what was going to happen which made feel less nervous.The needle i didn't feel at all,I had numbing cream put on by Dr Lucas & didn't even feel the needle at all,I didn't think he was using a needle to be honest,felt nothing from the needle,the rest was a breeze.i have no hesitation in recommending Gentle dental @ wetheril park.The price was good too. 5 stars from me & Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: Had Jess and Nic, I explained to them my concerns. Nic checked over my whole mouth, told me what I needed, and what I should do first. Jess was so caring and understanding when I told her my front teeth hurt when it comes to the tools and made sure the whole time everything definitely will come back after today.

Fantastic experience: The entire team are welcoming and friendly, very considerate of their clients and needs. Quality and calibre of service is fantastic, experts at what they do, modern amenities, perfect hygiene and process. It’s not often you can say that going to the dentist is a joyful experience but at GDC in Wetherill Park it always is!

Fantastic experience: Excellent. I was consulted by Dr Isaac re implants. He’s very knowledgeable and proficient. He gave me quotes and other opinions to consider.

Negative experience: Stay away — they don’t respect your time! I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with this dental clinic. After being charged upfront for a crown. They cancel appointments at the last minute with no consideration for my schedule, and it’s been nearly impossible to get the treatment completed. It feels like once they took the payment, patient care and communication became an afterthought. If you value your time and expect professionalism, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Negative experience: Another Update June 2025: Unfortunately there's an issue because I had to cancel due to medical reasons for cancer checkups and as a result, the staff here MADE ME pay a deposit EVERY SINGLE TIME from them on. I have more than made up for the two cancellations and even explained to them what went wrong. I don't know who it was at reception but they where then EXTREMELY rude to me and said that they can't change it. I asked to speak to the person in charge and they put me on hold then, came back and said that the manager said the same thing and they wouldn't lift the penalty. It's such a shame as there was at least another $20k worth of dental work to me done (I had a dental plan).and now I have to find another dentist other than Josephine. What a shame they're so greedy. I've had to change my rating to one star as a result. For the sake of $50 per appointment they lost $20k Pretty stupid . .. . . . . Update: I just had a tooth extraction by Dr. Josephine. I was terrified at first. She spoke to me, calmed me down Gabe some anesthetic (local because I was to scared to have the general) Then.... She started..... Then....it was done! Like ONE MINUTE... Done! I couldn't believe it. Literally one minute (if that) Tooth was out pain gone! She is literally AMAZING! Whatever she's getting paid its not enough. She's so good at her job. ******************************************** Original post: Josephine and Louisa are the best dentist I've come across. They're very kind, caring and gentle. They understand that people get very anxious when it comes to dentists and always act accordingly. I never feel stressed or overwhelmed when dealing with them and that is saying a lot for me. They take their time and explain everything properly and although dentists are very expensive, they seem to be at the more gentle and of the pricing range.

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with the wonderful staff at gentle dental care. They were very nice and professional and they looked after my teeth and I have been looked after by the best dental care team. I appreciate their kindness and service.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to Gentle Dental care for over 7 years now. You have always taken such great care of me. Everything from regular cleaning (Mary is amazing) to any dentist that consults... I have even had my wisdom teeth removed under "twilight" sleep. I cannot recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Took my wife as an emergency patient due to a strong toothache Dr: Josephine Caro took care of her straight away and believe me she's not an easy patient to work on as she suffers from anxiety but Jo's handle the situation with much appreciated expertise and extracted the two teeth on her lower jaw with a painless technique I had never seen before and within 24 hours she had her dentures ready to rock N roll as if nothing happened to her and we could attend to a gathering on the weekend without feeling toothless , that's very important for a lady's appearance. Fantastic experience: Josephine was amazing !!! I had a problem with an infected molar. She walked me through the impact and options available to remedy it. I went for the quick pull, due to how bad it was. I was pretty nervous about it, since past experiences left a bad taste in my mouth. My concerns were for naught! Josephine had that sucker out quick smart, with no pain. I actually thought she was kidding when she told me it was done. You're the best Lady J. Thanks so much.

Fantastic experience: These dentists are the sweetest, kindest, calmest ever. They are gentle, and they tell you instructions calmly, even if they had to repeat it 1000 times lol. [Eg: telling you to spit out mouthwash]. Anyway- to conclusion, THEY ARE SO PROFESSIONAL!! They also give you a toothbrush and toothpaste after the appointment. Five stars 100%.

I appreciated how they took the time to answer my questions without making me feel rushed. The procedure itself went smoothly, and I could tell they knew what they were doing. Fantastic experience: I have been attending GDC and Dr Ishak for 7 or 8 years, if not longer. In all those years, I've received kindness, clarity, honesty, and gentle care, which truly stands out. Like so many others, I have a terrible fear of dentists. However, I know that even though I'm fearful, I'll be treated with such care which allows me to return whenever I need to. This is a vast difference to the dentists of my past. I would absolutely recommend the team at GDC, and especially Dr Ishak, should you have a fear of dentists, to my last breath.

He was thorough when conducting the check-up, took an x-ray and also gave me some recommendations, while the dental nurse kept my son occupied. Fantastic experience: Imagine 3 kids. 6 , 4 and a 4 month old . Sounds chaotic right ? Gentle care made it the most comfortable and enjoyable experience. Negative experience: Very bad customer service from reception.the lady today 2/12/24 on very fuchsia pink dress asking for questions but not really listening to the answers,her facial expression showing annoyance.so I end up cancelling my appointment. We went there couple of years ago for my other daughter and the lady who speak to us was very nice to talk to,friendly and helpful.But now as early as 9:05am their receptionist already annoyed of the customer's that are coming..Definitely don't recommend this place anymore.

Fantastic experience: All the lady dentists are so great with kids, friendly and they put our child at ease. They help to create a positive experience with the dentist so our child wants to go back for check up and teeth cleans. They are always happy to answer questions, listen to concerns and explain things. It is always very clean, and they all the best equipment so you know everything is there if they need to use it. The front desk staff are friendly and willing to help with any questions. When I first started taking out child to the dentist I was worried it would be a bad experience and I wouldn't be able to get them to go back. But I don't have to worry!! All the lady dentists and staff have helped to create a positive experience so I can get our child to go for regular check up and teeth cleans:) I am grateful for this:):) Thank you:)

Fantastic experience: GDC has been my dentist for over 20 years. Dr Michael Ishak has taken care of all myself and my family's dental work (mother, father, brother, sister, in-laws, husband, and my 3 kids). The professionalism, knowledge, quality and friendly service of everyone at GDC is phenomenal 10/10 highly recommend
