9 months ago Negative experience: I will note though that reception staff and dental nurses were extremely kind and fantastic customer service although I was prompted to finally say something about my experience here after receiving their pushy marketing message today starting with ‘no one likes the dentist’ I certainly was terrified of them before and worse so now after seeing Ravi here. On my first visit for a crown he was pleasant, accomodating and gentle - but noted that in addition to the crown I came in for - that I would need another filling in the tooth next door to it. I agreed as it seemed easier to do all of this at once. Some weeks had passed and I was having a lot of pain in the tooth that was filled(never had any pain in this tooth before the filling). When I came back for a second visit regarding this - Ragi’s demeanour was entirely different, he seemed annoyed that I had come back about the filling and was very rough with the anaesthetic needle, I then could feel excruciating pain whilst he was drilling and when I said I could feel that he forcefully injected more anaesthetic mumbling ‘I was nearly done anyway’ before finishing the filling. He did not charge me for this visit and I assume this is why he behaved differently towards me- all the pleasantries and care when I spent close to 2k for the crown but then when I come back as a result of his work - that all disappeared… I went home in agony which lasted days and MY GUMS WERE BLACK where the anaesthetic was administered. 6 months on I still have bad pain in this tooth and can’t chew on that side. WILL NEVER SEE THIS DENTIST AGAIN.

10 months ago Fantastic experience: To be honest, the people at the clinic were amazing, I can’t remember the dentists name unfortunately but him, Ivana and Christine were fantastic. They listened to every concern I had, paid attention to every little detail, answered questions professionally and explained everything to me and when I said I need extra anaesthetic they didn’t even bat an eye and just gave me as much as I needed and kept testing to see if it was okay. The procedure was done relatively quickly despite my tooth situation being a bit stubborn and they took the time and care to ensure I wasn’t in any discomfort or pain throughout, the assistant seemed to be pretty new but even the way the dentist spoke to her when he was giving advice/training made me feel like I was in very good hands with both of them, even joking about the monkeys on the TV and just being very personable went a really long way. I will definitely be going back to this clinic when I need to.

Spending $1000 and and nothing to show for it Hust confused and depressed as all on 4 dental implants are completely unaffordable . Whereas the team and Dr Sep gave me a decice, affordable solution up n and l left with temporary teeth … I can’t tell how happy l am .. Thank you

The hygienists I have worked with are great at informing you with the process and preparing you what they are doing. I have been able to ask some questions about teeth whitening to the front desk. They give great information and insight with no pressured replies. Appreciate the approach of the staff here.

1 year ago Fantastic experience: My 8 year old saw dentist Sid today. She has been his patient several times before. He was great. Very good manner with children, putting her at ease. Her teeth were in great shape, so the check up was quick. He gave her tips on how to improve her brushing and why flossing is important. It was such a smooth process and the anxiety she felt before the visit was completely forgotten.
